Nikki McIvor is an artist that specialises in close-ups of wildlife. Originally from the UK, Nikki now resides and works in New Zealand. She has an uncanny ability to capture the spirit of an animal. Her true gift is to fashion a connection between the viewer and the animal, specifically around the eye.  The viewer who is willing to engage with her work will find multi-faceted and ever-growing resonance in her work. All of her artwork is drawn by hand, using a combination of coloured pen, coloured pencil and acrylics. Nikki’s intentions for the Wild Grey Fox brand are to increase its awareness to the rest of the world.
